Old Mill Investment LLC was formed in October 2005 to acquire and develop the property commonly know as Old Mill Marina consisting of approximately 190 acres of land on (and under) Tillamook Bay in Garibaldi, Oregon. Of the 190 acres about 50 acres are upland and 140 acres are within the Miami Cove estuary.
The name “Old Mill” reflects the history of the property which served as the home of some of the largest sawmills in the world from 1918 until 1954.
Development plans call for a mixed use planned development featuring an expanded marina, hotel, entertainment, commercial and residential uses.
The master planning process is now underway. Redevelopment is expected to begin in 2007. We’re seeking qualified development partners to join with us to make The Old Mill one of Oregon’s most exciting new developments.
